Tosin Kalegha has an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University, London. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013 after obtaining an LL.B from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and a BA in Economics from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada.
Since joining the firm, Tosin has actively participated in various areas of legal practice and is currently an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial, Energy & Infrastructure, Banking & Finance Groups and Private Client Department of the firm. She is experienced in providing practical and strategic advice to clients on non contentious matters including labour and employment matters, general commercial and corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance and project finance. She has also assisted on a number of contentious matters within the Courts and is part of the firm’s editorial team.
