Ifedayo is the current Head of Chambers and Practice Development (Lagos Office).
Ifedayo was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 and started her career in a reputable law firm where she was exposed to the world of intellectual property, company secretarial responsibilities, legal drafting and review alongside requisite administrative duties. Since she joined the firm, while capitalizing on her previous work experience with diverse organisations, Ifedayo has further explored the corporate commercial world by assisting and advising clients (start up or existing) in their corporate restructuring, regulatory and industrial compliance, labour relations, legal advisory services, documentary and agreement draft and review and corporate commercial services.
Ifedayo is the firm’s team lead, Corporate Commercial and Company Secretarial Groups and has especial experience in M&As, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, labour relations and corporate commercial advisory services. Her skills in research and development have also been greatly harnessed as a member of the editorial team of the firm’s quarterly newsletter and contributor to the following publications:
- Employment Law Review (Edition 5, 6 and 7);
- World Bank Doing Business Research Project (2011 to 2014); and
- Overseas Corruption Project (2011 till date).
With excellent qualifications and a strong desire to excel, Ifedayo’s unique ideas and fresh energy is evidenced in her result and every project she is a part of. She holds a master degree in law from the prestigious University of Lagos in Nigeria and stands today a member of the association of professional negotiators, mediators. She has further interests in multiple areas of law to which she hopes to break into.
