Rotimi Adeniyi-Akintola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, having secured his LL.M in Corporate Law from the University College London (UCL), and his LL.B from the University of Warwick, UK.
Since joining the firm, Rotimi has actively participated in various areas of legal practice, such as: Corporate & Commercial, Litigation and ADR, Oil & Gas, Labour & Employment, Energy & Infrastructure, Information Communication Technology and Banking & Finance Groups. He is also a member of the firm’s editorial team.
His current research interest is the Corporate Governance regimes in Sub-Saharan Africa and the institutional influences that govern their evolution.
Rotimi is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (MCIArb), The Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
