INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

The Firm has played a pivotal role in the country’s evolving communications industry by serving on the Telecommunications Policy Implementation Review Committee charged with the mandate to draft a comprehensive Communications Law by the communications’ apex regulatory body, Nigerian Communications Commission. The Firm also serves as a member of Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) and consultants on governmental affairs to the Nigerian Communications Commission, with the mandate to procure an easy and efficient relationship between the industry regulator, operators and the Government.
